To return an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will provide the necessary instructions and a return label if eligible.
Which items are eligible for return?
tems must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Sale or customized items are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of a return?
We currently offer returns only. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after returning the initial item for a refund.
