Returns / Exchanges

Due to COVID-19, only defective items will be accepted for exchange or refund in order to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

For Local Orders (UAE)

Items purchased on www.maison-b-more / www.b-hype.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return/exchange process for online orders within UAE.

2. Bring the product directly to Bmores Wafi any day between 10:00AM - 6:00PM (Dubai time: GMT +4).

Return/exchange process for online orders - international

Refund for valid returns for any international orders will be in the form of a credit note, excluding shipping costs* , international customs duties and sales taxes.

*Unless there has been fault on our part, all related shipping fee in returning the item(s) back to us will be shouldered by the customer.

All returns/exchanges must conform to our returns policy. Returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

1) Items must be returned with in its original condition (new, unused, undamaged and unwashed) with all tags attached and its original packaging.

2) Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

3) For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be tried on over-clothing and returned with the protective seal attached, unremoved, and undamaged. We will not accept any returns if the seal is removed.

4) When trying on footwear, please make sure not to damage the soles or the shoe box. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpet or any soft flooring, to avoid damaging the shoes.

5) Perfumes, beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Free Alterations

Yes. To request a product alteration, simply leave us a note in the "ADD ORDER NOTE" section during checkout, OR get in touch with our BMORA Customer Care team on care@b-hype.com or call +971 4 327 9989 to speak to our team.

Alternatively, you can visit our dedicated tailors in Dubai, at our BMORE's store, Wafi Mall, and speak to them about your requirement, and to measure your correct fit.

Alterations are provided free of charge for up to 30 days after your order date.

Please note that all tailored or altered items are no longer eligible for exchange or return.

2. Once you find an item you like, select your size, and add it to the shopping basket.

3. Review your items in the shopping basket by clicking on the SHOPPING BASKET icon at the top of the page.

4. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and follow the instructions.

B HYPE processes all orders in USD only.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system provided by Network International.

For extra security, all transactions are 3DSecure compliant, to ensure that your data and privacy are secure and kept hidden if you are shopping on our website or our app.

To purchase a gift for someone else, simply enter a different receiving name and delivery address. Then let us know in the NOTES section of your checkout that this item needs to be gift wrapped.

You may also enter a gift note that will be added to your package.

Please note that we may contact you to authenticate the payment based on the provided billing address.

It depends. If your order has not been processed for packaging, it will be easy for us to change the shipping address. Simply get in touch with our BMORA Customer Care team on care@b-hype.com, or call +971 4 327 9989, and we will be able to track your order and change it for you.

If your order has already been packaged and sent, then we may not be able to change this information, and it will be on it’s way to the original delivery address..

- ITEM COMPOSITION: Some items have a “FIT” associated with them in order to guide you on how the garment fits, and whether it runs small or large to size.

No. You can purchase items as a guest without creating an account.

If you choose to do so, your information will only be used to complete your order, process it and deliver it. Your personal details will then be kept for 30 days in case you require an exchange or return. After this period is over, all your details will be deleted.

Once you try to login, simply click on FORGOTTEN PASSWORD and we will send you further instructions to your email or by SMS..

Please be assured that we take data protection VERY seriously, and your information will only be used to process your orders and membership, or with third parties such as the bank or the delivery service provider that will deliver your goods to you. Exchanges and Returns

Should you need to exchange or return an item, you will have 10 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

To do so, you can return your item directly to our BMORA Customer Care team in Dubai, located at our BMORE'S store, in Wafi Mall.

If you are unable to do so, you can send the items back to us by mail or courier. Please contact our BMORA Customer Care Team to request a return and receive our mailing address and reference number.

Please note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges are charged to the customer.
