• B-Hype.com is not the manufacturer of Products. All Product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications are for guidance only.
• Colours may vary depending on the device display. Dimensions, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
• Pre-order Products are priced at the time of pre-order. Prices may change due to vendor updates or markdowns.

4. Pricing

• Prices are displayed in AED and USD and are subject to change without notice.
• All international shipments are exclusive of duties, customs, and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
• Errors in pricing may occur. The company will correct such errors and may contact you to confirm whether to proceed with the order or cancel it.

5. Orders and Payments

• Orders may be paid for with credit/debit cards, gift vouchers, store credit, loyalty points, or a combination of these.
• Payment authorization must be successfully received before orders are processed.
• The company does not accept cheques or other similar payment methods.
• Duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges are the customer's responsibility. Non-payment of these may result in delays, confiscation, or return of the shipment.

6. Delivery

• Cut-off time for orders is 12:00 PM daily. Local delivery: 1–2 UAE working days; International: 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed after the cut-off or during public holidays will include an additional processing period.
• A third-party courier handles standard deliveries; risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier.
• The company is not responsible for customs delays or inspections.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled prior to delivery. Once shipped, delivered, or received, cancellations are not permitted.
• Refunds are granted only for defective Products returned in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
• The company reserves the right to refuse cancellation or refund requests for hygiene-sensitive, used, or improperly returned Products.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Only defective or incorrect items may be returned for refund or replacement.
• All returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns for beauty, lingerie, swimwear, or technology items must comply with hygiene and safety rules.
• Store credit may be issued for non-defective returns where applicable; cash refunds are at the company's discretion.
