Returns

Items purchased on www.b-hype.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing care@b-hype.com or calling +971 54 792 6467, and include your order number and the details of your request. Our team will assist you with the process.

Please note that all returns must comply with our returns policy. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will not be accepted.


Return Policy

1) Items must be returned within their original condition (new, unused, undamaged, and unwashed) with all tags attached and their original packaging.
2) Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
3) For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be tried on over-clothing and returned with the protective seal attached, unremoved, and undamaged. We will not accept any returns if the seal is removed.
4) When trying on footwear, please make sure not to damage the soles or the shoe box. We recommend trying your shoes on carpet or other soft flooring to avoid damaging them.
5) Perfumes, beauty, and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Online Returns

1) Sign in to your account and go to ‘My Orders', select the order number that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
2) Click on Return and select the items you wish to return.
3) Confirm return and agree to our return policy.
4) You will receive a confirmation email with all the details and instructions you’ll need to complete the return.
